These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and freight services provided by Yusufkhon Corporation ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Yusufkhon Corporation provides freight transportation and related logistics services within the United States, including full-truckload (FTL) and container trucking, real-time shipment tracking, dispatching, warehousing, and customs brokerage support. Service availability may vary by lane, equipment, and season.

2. Quotes, Orders & Payments

Quotes are calculated from the pickup and delivery locations, cargo type, and weight you provide. Inaccurate shipment details may result in adjusted pricing or accessorial charges (including detention time).
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Invoices are generated automatically and a shipping contract is emailed to you when an order is confirmed.

3. Shipper Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information and documentation.
Ensure cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and ready at the agreed pickup time.
Do not tender prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods without prior written agreement and required permits.

4. Liability & Claims

Our liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable US transportation law (including the Carmack Amendment, 49 U.S.C. § 14706, where it applies). Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within nine (9) months of delivery or the scheduled delivery date. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Safety & Compliance. Yusufkhon Corporation operates in accordance with FMCSA and DOT regulations, including Hours-of-Service (HOS) rules, driver verification, and roadside inspection standards. Learn more at fmcsa.dot.gov.

5. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to bypass its security controls, or submit false information through its forms. Accounts used for fraudulent activity may be suspended.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
