Order & contact details: name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, cargo details you submit when requesting a quote or placing an order.
Account data: login credentials and role information for customers, drivers, and staff.
Tracking data: real-time GPS location of assigned drivers during active shipments, trip status, and delivery confirmation photos.
Technical data: session cookies, IP address, and security logs used to keep the service safe.

2. How We Use It

To provide quotes, dispatch loads, track shipments, and deliver freight.
To process payments, generate invoices, and email shipping contracts.
To meet FMCSA/DOT safety and record-keeping obligations.
To protect the service against fraud and abuse.

Payment security. Payments are processed through a secure gateway with Luhn-validated card processing. Card numbers are never stored on our servers. Sessions are protected by encrypted, HTTP-only cookies and a strict Content-Security-Policy.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the parties needed to complete a shipment (assigned driver and dispatcher), payment processors, and authorities where the law requires it.

4. Retention

Shipment and billing records are retained as long as required by US transportation and tax regulations, then deleted or anonymized. Live GPS data is used for active-trip tracking and trip history.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention duties) by contacting us using the details below.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Yusufkhon Corporation, including account verification and identity confirmation codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.
